From Empty Hands to Full Hearts: School Books for 50 Children
When schools reopened this year, 50 children in a remote village near Kaloleni had no books to study with. Their parents, mostly small-scale farmers and fishermen, could barely afford food let alone school supplies. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Peace In Mind Children's Centre delivered brand new textbooks, exercise books, and stationery to these eager learners.
"I want to be a doctor when I grow up," says 10-year-old Amina, clutching her new science book. "Now I can study properly and make my mother proud." Stories like Amina's remind us why education support matters. With just a small contribution, you can put a book in a child's hands and a dream in their heart.
